Established in 1984, Shanghai DaTian Valve Pipe Engineering Co., Ltd. specializes in designing, manufacturing and distributing valves. DaTian is a high-tech business enterprise occupying an area of 25,000 square meters.
With 268 staff and 120 sets of various facilities, such as machining centers, CNC lathes, CNC millers, and common lathes, boring machines, millers and drillers, our company possesses advanced and complete chemical, physical and pressure test equipment. Our company's management strictly complies with the up-to-dated enterprise system, and our ISO9001 certified quality management system is running well and perfectly. Our company has attached great importance to the introduction and education of technical staff.
Our company mainly manufactures valves according to ANSI, API, JIS, DIN, BS and Chinese GB standards. Our main products include gate valves, globe valves, check valves, ball valves, butterfly valves, and safety valves. The size ranges from NPS 2 to NPS 36. The pressure ranges from Class 150 to Class 2500. The main materials of our products are WCB, WCC, C5, WC6, WC9, CF8, CF3, CF8M, CF3M, LCB, LCC, A105, 304, 316, 304L, 316L, F11, and F22.
Our products are widely used in the fields of petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, power, fuel gas, and city pipeline networks. 55% of our products, about 3,600MT per year, have been exported to the USA, the UK, Italy, Czech, the Netherlands, Spain, Australia, South Africa, Indonesia, Singapore, and Kuwait. With high content of technology and reliable quality, our products have gained good reputation from our customers.
In addition to IS9001 and API certifications, we have obtained several patents and have received numerous international, national, and regional awards for outstanding product quality.
